Q-Con is delighted to be offering ensuite accommodation just a short walk away at the Elms Village complex on the Malone Road, Belfast! At £115.00 per person, for the weekend (+ FIXR booking fee), the BT9 Elms Accommodation offered by Q-Con is the cheapest ensuite accommodation offered in Belfast over Father’s Day weekend!

Each room contains a single bed, desk and ensuite bathroom. All rooms are private and securable, and come with WiFi, bedding and towels. Each floor contains shared cooking and living facilities with cutlery and cooking equipment included.

Within the Elms Village complex is the 'Treehouse' facility, containing an ATM, Centra, washing facilities, pool tables and several other amenities. A nearby Spar also contains a 24/7 manned hatch should you need a 03:00 AM snack!

As per Elms Village rules all rooms are single occupancy only; accommodation is strictly for over 18s only.

Please Note: Photographic ID will be required when checking in at Elms Village (Valid Driving Licence/Passport, QUB or UU Student Card, or valid ID Card with the PASS hologram on it).

Accommodation FAQS

  • Check-in is from 1430 on the scheduled date of arrival onward; Elms Village reception is open 24/7 so check-ins can be as late as required. Check-out is at 1200 on the scheduled date of departure.

    If you have booked for multiple people at once Elms Village requests that you all collect keys as a group with the person who booked the accommodation.

    If you are arriving on Saturday prior to check-in and need to store your items at Q-Con before going to accommodation, there is a cloak room run by QSU you can store your belongings in that costs just £1 per item.

  • Unfortunately there are no rooms with double beds or multiple beds able to be offered; all rooms are single occupancy only.

  • Take a virtual tour of Elms Village.

    Towels, bedding, kitchen cutlery and superspeed ethernet and Wi-Fi internet are all included in your original booking cost.

  • Elms Village is only a short, approximately 15 minute walk from Q-Con, to get to Elms Village from Q-Con simply walk up the Malone Road until you reach the complex

  • The Metro 8 bus service runs between City Centre, Q-Con and Elms Village and is extremely handy for anyone seeking to avail of public transport rather than walking or driving to/from the event.

  • Car parking facilities are available at Elms Village for guests. Please contact Elms Village directly regarding car parking queries as space may be limited.
